Shipping Policy

Orders received Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 BST are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail, DPD, or UPS depending on size and weight. Standard UK delivery typically takes 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.

At present, we ship only within the United Kingdom. If international shipping becomes available in the future, any applicable duties or taxes will be paid by the customer.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within seven days of the delivery date by emailing help@hausandharmony.co.uk so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
