Orders are processed as soon as possible within our working hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. Our warehouse will dispatch the order within 24 hours of you receiving your order confirmation. Shipping is Free of Charge!

We currently only ship to addresses within the UK.

Your payment method is charged in full at the time of checkout. Applicable sales tax (VAT) is calculated based on your billing address and current UK rates.

Q: Do you provide credit options?

Q: What is your returns policy?

At Haus & Harmony (www.hausandharmony.co.uk), we aim for 100% satisfaction. If an item isn’t right for you, simply send it back—no questions asked—within 30 days of receipt. Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours with photographic or video proof so we can sort it out immediately.
