Return & Refund Policy

You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost plus return postage. Returns requested after thirty days may be accepted at our discretion; approved late returns will incur a deduction for return shipping.

Returned items must be in unused condition, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

To begin a return, email help@hausandharmony.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. If submitted within thirty days, we will provide a prepaid return label. Returns requested after thirty days will receive return instructions and the customer will be responsible for postage costs.

After we receive and inspect your return, please allow five to seven business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Gift cards, perishable goods, and personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned and are final sale.
