At Haus & Harmony (www.hausandharmony.co.uk), we aim for 100% satisfaction. If an item isn’t right for you, simply send it back—no questions asked—within 30 days of receipt. Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours with photographic or video proof so we can sort it out immediately.

Send It Back
You have 30 days from delivery to post the item back to us (UK mainland only).
Cover Postage
Return shipping is at your expense; we refund only our original delivery fee, not any extra paid for premium services (e.g. timed slots).
Cooling-Off Period
Under UK consumer law, you may cancel your order any time from purchase up until 14 days after you receive your goods. Once you cancel, you then have 14 days to return the items. We’ll process your refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or from when you provide proof of postage—whichever comes first.
Condition of Returns
To qualify for a full refund, merchandise must:
- Be unused and undamaged
- Remain in its original packaging, complete with labels, manuals and accessories
- If returned products show signs of wear, missing parts or damage, we reserve the right to withhold the refund (except the original delivery charge, if you return your entire order).
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive an item that is broken, faulty or not what you ordered, we’ll take care of all costs:
- Full refund of the product price
- Reimbursement of our initial delivery charge
- Coverage of return postage
- Free dispatch of a replacement (if preferred)
Please reach out within 72 hours with clear photo/video evidence to help us expedite your claim.
Bundles & Multi-Buy Offers
Partial Returns: Sending back one item from a multi-buy deal (e.g. “2 for £20” or “Buy 2, save X%”)—we’ll refund you the item’s full price minus its share of the discount.
Full Returns: Returning every item from the same bundle entitles you to the total discounted price back.
